Hey, I’m Kirsty! For much of my own life, I had a terrible relationship with food.
I now help others to break free from emotional eating as a UK trained Emotional Eating & Binge Eating Disorder Specialist.
I understand how food can impact so many parts of your life! After developing disordered eating as a teenager, I found myself stuck in a cycle of restrictive dieting and binge eating. I felt like I had absolutely no control around food. For years I was either obsessively dieting and hungry or I was binging in secret and feeling guilty. I hated how I felt and looked as a result, but more so I felt so much shame. I even worked as a personal trainer during this time and felt I had to hide the poor relationship I had with food which I perceived as a ‘lack of self-control’.
Fast forward, I’m now a certified Co-Active Life Coach, Master NLP Practitioner, Emotional Eating & Binge Eating Disorder Specialist. Eating Freely™ is an evidence-based program that combines coaching support, nutritional therapy, neuroscience techniques and mindfulness to help you break free from emotional eating and move forward with your life.
